Church & Dwight Co. Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a full-time production line operator to join our packaging teams.
You will monitor line performance, follow SOPs and GMPs, perform basic maintenance tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the shift schedule (Thu/Fri 3:00PM-11PM, Sat/Sun 11:00AM-11:00PM). The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read and communicate in English, and strong attention to detail.

$22.95 an hour + shift differential
Operates as a fully participating and effective team member of a production line within the scope of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) required of this position. Monitors the performance and work flow of the production line in one or more functions in the following areas: safety, housekeeping, productivity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.95-$24.50. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
