Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable team member to operate our pallet sorting machinery in a fast-paced facility. You will perform manual sorting, inspections, and basic forklift-related tasks to support production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with on-the-job training or certification provided. Strong work ethic and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are valued in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation (experience is a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through "Clean as You Go" practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
