Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a dependable pallet sorting operator to join our team on a Friday–Sunday shift with a weekday rotation. You will safely operate a pallet sorting machine, perform inspections, and assist with forklift loading when trained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation; training provided.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
