Avient Corporation in Hatfield, PA is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and run coating/ORC machinery in a climate-controlled facility. You’ll work Monday–Friday, with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 1st shift or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM for 2nd/3rd shifts, earning base pay of $23.00–$26.00 per hour plus shift premiums.

Responsibilities include safe operation, meeting customer specs, and optimizing costs while following Avient policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and set up coating/ORC machinery.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime as needed.
