Job summary

Avient Corporation in Hatfield, PA is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and run coating/ORC machinery in a climate-controlled facility. You’ll work Monday–Friday, with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 1st shift or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM for 2nd/3rd shifts, earning base pay of $23.00–$26.00 per hour plus shift premiums.

Responsibilities include safe operation, meeting customer specs, and optimizing costs while following Avient policies.

Qualifications

Pay: $23.00 -$26.00 - based on experience. Plus, shift premiums of $2.00 for 2nd shift & $2.50 for 3rd shift.

Hours: 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm / 2nd Shift, 3pm-11:30pm

Days: Monday to Friday

What is the job: Under the direction of the Shift Leader and Production Supervisor/Manager, the Machine Operator is responsible for set up and operation of machinery within the following departments: Coating/ORC. The Machine Operator ensures safety is their #1 priority; they produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible costs while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient Corporation policies and procedures.
