Job summary

Jacquet West Inc. is seeking experienced Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Santa Fe Springs, CA facility. The role involves safe operation, maintenance, and cutting of stainless steel and nickel alloys using Water Jet and Plasma machines, following customer specifications.

You'll participate in production logging, quality control, and routine maintenance, with training provided. Candidates should have 1+ year of machine operation experience and be able to read and write English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Jet and Plasma machines per customer specifications.
• Monitor logs, production quality, and program accuracy.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance; assist maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety practices and wear protective equipment at all times.
• Organize and keep the work area neat and inventory controlled.
