Job summary

Jacquet Mid Atlantic Inc in Limerick, PA is seeking Machine Operators for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) to operate Laser, Water Jet, or Saw machines cutting stainless steel and nickel alloys.

Responsibilities include safe operation, routine maintenance, QA collaboration, and accurate production logs. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Prior machine operation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop and reach.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the machine safely to customer specifications.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as needed.
• Assist maintenance when requested.
• Monitor machine consumables and report deficiencies.
• Use plates, bars, rems and programs as specified by Production Control.
• Work with QA to ensure quality and ISO 9000 compliance.
