Job summary

GOpak is seeking a Machine Operator and Warehousing Assistant in Delafield, WI. The role supports production and warehousing tasks on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am) with a starting wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $1.50/hour shift premium.

Typical duties include inspecting/packaging, setting up equipment, cross-training, and teamwork to meet daily goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and packages printed products based on customer specifications.
• Sets up, monitors, and adjusts equipment and tooling according to job specifications.
• Cross trains in other production roles.
• Problem-solves issues that arise.
• Works effectively as a team member to meet production and company goals.
