Job summary

GOpak in Delafield, WI is hiring a Machine Operator and Warehousing Assistant for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am). Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium. Regular full-time employment with benefits.

You will inspect and package printed products to customer specs, set up and adjust equipment, cross-train across production areas, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Typical Day in the Role:

The Machine Operator and Warehousing Associate is responsible for tasks that include:

• Inspects and packages printed products based on customer specifications
• Sets up, monitors, and adjusts equipment and tooling according to individual job specifications.
• Cross trains in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solves issues that arise
• Effectively work as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
