Essential Job Functions
- Adhere to health and safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in the warehouse or production areas.
- Maintain food quality and safety in accordance with corporate, customer, and governing standards (e.g., SQF).
- Read, understand, and follow a production manufacturing schedule; communicate issues or deviations with the appropriate parties.
- Maintain production flow on machinery by monitoring downstream and upstream issues, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing when needed.
- Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
- Perform equipment changeovers according to standard operating procedures; read imperial and metric measurements.
- Record all necessary information for production and quality records; keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
- Perform equipment and general sanitation in your work area or as assigned by leadership.
- Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
- Understand visual and auditory cues to identify production or machine‑related issues.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by leadership, including cross‑training, plant sanitation, inventory management, and training.
Required Skills
- Experience in a high‑speed beverage production environment; beverage production experience preferred.
- Ability to understand production machinery and forklifts, including technical issues.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Skill in interpreting gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
- Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, or hygiene preferred.
- Forklift certification may be required.

Education and Experience
- High School certification or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight, and holidays may be required; overtime scheduled as needed.
- Environment: Fast‑paced production plant with moving parts, loud noise (requires hearing protection), and temperature extremes.

Physical Requirements
- Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly.
- Lift 50 lbs. (minimum 15 lbs.).
- Carry weight and lift frequently.
- Walk and push/pull frequently.
- Drive forklift.
- Climb stairs/ladders or maintain balance.
- Visual/sensory attention to detail.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Mental stress from production quotas and deadlines.
