Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required.
• We are willing to train the right person.
• You may learn to operate metal-fabrication machinery.
• Read job travelers, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Load materials and remove completed parts.
• Set up equipment for different jobs.
• Use calipers and other measuring instruments.
• Inspect parts to confirm they meet specifications.
• Record production and inspection information.
• Recognize tooling or equipment problems.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow established quality and safety procedures.
