Job summary

Viant Medical is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and set up machines for precision metal tube drawing and related production processes. You will read drawings, perform in-process inspections, and document all work while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires strong math skills, the ability to work with small precision parts, and experience with precision measurement equipment. Expect regular OT, with comprehensive benefits and on-site training at our Collegeville facility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related manufacturing experience OR 4+ years operating machinery in a manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic mathematics and reading blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines used in production with proficiency and little supervision.
• Set up and run the precision metal tube drawing bull wheel process to meet quality specs.
• Perform in-process inspection and use dies, gauges, or micrometers for dimensional checks.
• Document work performed and ensure proper labeling and material handling.
