Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a reliable Machine Operator in Tempe, AZ to support daily beverage production. You will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain materials, and help ensure quality and safety on the line.

You will follow setup procedures, inspect runs, report issues, and keep your area clean. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and forklift certification within 30 days of hire. Competitive benefits apply.

What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Our Machine Operators are responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
• Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
• Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
