Job summary

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Machine Operator to operate thermoforming and/or injection molding machines, trim parts, and package all parts according to company quality standards.

This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team and be rewarded with competitive pay, potential end-of-year bonuses, and growth opportunities. Base hourly rate starts at $19.00 with $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift or $1.50 for 3rd shift, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of prior experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Be able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English.
• Be a team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with the operation of machinery and equipment in the production process.
• Use basic hand tools and perform trimming of various parts.
• Fill out required paperwork and lift/transfer materials.
• Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.
• Train new and existing team members on production functions.
• Comply with safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
