Job summary

Quest USA Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate multiple equipment in the Garland, TX facility. The role requires reading calipers, using CNC machinery, and maintaining quality while following lean manufacturing practices.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of CNC experience, and basic math and computer skills. The position is full-time with hourly pay and requires safety-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years experience operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measure.
• Good English communication skills (oral & written).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain assigned machine/equipment per procedures and safety policies.
• Escalate issues impacting manufacturing to supervisor or shift lead.
• Follow safety procedures across the facility.
• Take breaks at designated times and stay in area until horn sounds.
• Keep area safe, clean, and organized.
• Provide support and training to other team members as instructed.
• Assess product quality and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Identify problems and assist in resolution.
• Learn Lean Manufacturing concepts and apply them.
