Our client in Burlington, WA is seeking a Swing Shift Machine Operator. The role involves operating rotational molding machines, performing finishing operations, and inspecting parts for quality. Strong safety focus and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

The position offers a swing shift (Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am) with a $2 differential, and overtime may be required. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with emphasis on safe operation and attention to detail.

Our client, a restoration equipment producer, is seeking a Swing Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production departmentsupporting Molding and Parts.The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a keen eye for quality, and the drive to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Burlington, WA

Pay Range: $20/hour – With a $2.00 Differential: $22.00/hour

Shift: Swing shift, Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am (overtime may be required based on business needs)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to specifications.
• Perform finishing operations, including trimming, drilling, and other secondary processes as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, identifying issues early and responding appropriately.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the molding process runs smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to keep production on track.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (typically up to 50lbs) and stand for long periods.
