Join our team as a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Stock Yards Spokane at US Foods.

Job Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment such as CryoVac, MultiVacs, Dicers, Needle, Slicer, Portion Cutters, and Scales.
• Pack, trim, and customize meat portions according to customer specifications.
• Count, stack, and label meat portions.
• Set up packing and labeling areas.
• Perform end-of-day functions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area following GMP standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat processing equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of poultry, beef, lamb, and pork products is a plus.
• Understanding of USDA grades and standards is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand continuously, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and work in a refrigerated environment (35°F-45°F).

Compensation & Benefits
