Unified Staffing & Recruiting – C is hiring for Machine Operators in Harmarville, PA. We offer a direct-hire role on 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime and opportunities for raises and bonuses. Training is provided from day one, and no prior steel experience is required.

You will set up and operate a hydraulic steel shear, move sheets by hand or with crane/magnet, and use a forklift on the floor. Growth potential exists with cross-training and additional duties.

A steel fabrication and processing facility in Harmarville is hiring **Machine Operators **across both 1st and 2nd shift. This is hands-on, physical, mechanical work — operating a hydraulic steel shear, moving steel sheets by hand, crane, or magnet, and running a forklift on the production floor.No shear or steel experience needed — we'll train you from day one.It's adirect hire position, not temp-to-hire, with a clear path to earn more as you go.Schedule & pay:1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (30-minute lunch); Friday 4:00 AM–12:00 PM, paid at time and a half, no lunch — $18.50/hour2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 2:30 PM–1:00 AM (30-minute lunch); Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, paid at time and a half, no lunch — $19.50/hourOn 2nd shift, when you work the Friday 8 AM shift, your Thursday shift ends early at 11:00 PM instead of 1:00 AMSome Fridays off entirely on either shiftNo Saturday or Sunday workOvertime opportunity available— a real way to increase your take-home now, on top of base pay$0.50/hour bump after your 60–90 day probation period, plus annual raises and bonuses (with potential for more frequent bonuses down the line)Both shifts run on a similar rhythm — a steady Monday–Thursday schedule with a shorter, different Friday.
