How You Contribute to The Team

The Winding Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs according to customer and product specifications.

• Set-up and operate winding machines.
• Perform changeovers and ensure proper tooling is used.
• Perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED.

Team members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay rate is $21.50 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
