Qualifications

• 7+ years operating high-speed industrial equipment in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of printing and bindery processes.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment with minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, PLCs, and basic electrical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced equipment including digital presses, bindery systems, and other production machinery.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance with troubleshooting to ensure uptime and quality.
• Identify issues and escalate with cross-functional teams when needed.
• Provide training and mentorship to machine operators to improve skills.
• Participate in safety committee and promote safety standards.
