Job summary

Carr Lane Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator in Elgin, TX to lead daily setup and operation of Hone production equipment. You will adjust processes to meet productivity and quality goals while collaborating with teammates to ensure schedules are met.

The role requires reading drawings, maintaining tolerances, and a willingness to work a 5:30 am–2 pm or 6:30 am–3 pm schedule on weekdays. ISO 9001-2015 background helps, with company benefits available.

Job Summary

As a member of the Hone department, the Machine Operator is primarily responsible for the setup and operation of Hone production equipment using standard concepts, practices, and procedures. The Machine Operator is also responsible for minor operating modifications to ensure that productivity and quality goals are achieved. Works with others to ensure that production schedules are met.
