Olympic Steel in Milford, CT is hiring a Machine Operator - Slitter to set up and operate the slitter, cut materials according to work orders, and inspect the quality of output. The role also includes packaging materials and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Job Description

The Machine Operator - Slitter position sets up machine to proper specifications, operates machine to cut materials specified by work order, and checks quality of product coming off the machine. The Machine Operator - Slitter position also packages material (banding) and prepares for shipment.

Qualifications

Compensation

$23 - $24 per hour
