PAY: This position pays $22.00/hr (+$1/hr shift differential once training is complete)

Schedule:

• NIGHT SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE-- 6:45pm-7am ($22.00)
• WORKMON/TUE, OFFWED/THUR, WORKFRI/SAT/SUN
• OFFMON/TUE, WORKWED/THUR, OFFFRI/SAT/SUN, then repeat
• Only work 15 days a month!
• Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
• One week you work 48 hours, the next week 36 hours
• Total of 84 hours for a pay period, with hours over 40 being overtime, paid bi-weekly

Our Line Operators are essential to our success. You will be responsible for operating an extrusion line to produce high-quality pipe safely and efficiently, working alongside a team to ensure optimal production. Join our team today!

Responsibilities include:

• Reading work orders, setting up, changing over, and adjusting machines
• Monitoring extrusion production, quality checks, maintaining coiling area
• Starting reels, setting up, and monitoring product quality
• Monitoring operational parameters to meet quality standards
• Documenting product dimensions and tracking lost production hours
• Marking pipes with proper print lines
• Following safety protocols and reporting unsafe conditions
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have machine operator experience
• One-year manufacturing experience required
• One-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements
• Ability to recognize colors
• Knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality standards is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical and occupational requirements:

• Understanding paperwork and documentation
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Standing for up to 12 hours around machinery
• Wearing PPE at all times
• Moving and bending as needed

The compensation for this position is typically $22/hour, based on experience and other factors.
