Job summary

DEMCO, Inc. in DeForest, Wisconsin, is hiring a Size Jacket Operator for the 1st shift (6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday). This onsite role involves operating specialized equipment to prepare materials for library products and supporting safe, efficient production.

You will follow tickets, cut materials to spec, order raw materials, perform light maintenance, and cross-train in other Value Center functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime.

• Follow job tickets to accurately cut materials to the required press size or finished-product specifications.
• Order needed raw materials and perform weekly light maintenance, including blade and oil changes.

Our Value Center in DeForest is hiring a Size Jacket Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You’ll operate specialized equipment used to cut and prepare materials for our library products while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• Safely and efficiently operate Size Jacket equipment to meet daily production needs
