New hires can receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials of $2.00/hr on B shift and $4.00/hr on D shift, with opportunities for attendance incentives and a defined career path. Responsibilities

• Support and uphold Viant values: Customer Oriented, Integrity, Servant Leadership, Own It, Teamwork, Be Agile.
• Attend to safety and quality: report issues and follow GMP practices.
• Operate injection molding equipment to maintain productivity and product quality.
• Provide relief for breaks and assist coworkers as needed to maintain workflow.
• Package parts and complete paperwork accurately per GMP standards.
• Be flexible and contribute to a teamwork-driven environment.

Education

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
