Machine Operator – Shot PeeningLocation: Wilmington, NCStarting Pay: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts AvailableEmployment Solutions is hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator for a local aerospace shot peening company in Wilmington. This is a hands-on position working with aircraft components in an industrial environment.Previous shot peening experience is not required. The company provides specialized training, but candidates should have experience with CNC or manual machine operation or a strong hands-on mechanical background.
