Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC or manual machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with reading blueprints and measurements is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to work in an aerospace manufacturing environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate shot peening equipment and related machines.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery per specifications.
• Read blueprints, shop paperwork, and work instructions.
• Document production and inspection information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently while contributing to the production team.
