Job summary

Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Production Technician to support the startup and implementation of the local operation. You will learn processes and help develop work instructions and standards, with travel for training.

The role requires brazing process experience, hands-on machine setup, and the ability to read prints. You will collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in brazing or similar processes.
• Proficient reading of product prints and use of measuring devices.
• Able to stand and work across different shifts with overtime.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic setup and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Support startup and implementation of the production operation at the Lincolnton, NC facility.
• Learn processes and help develop local work instructions and standards.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and related departments.
• Train and monitor new production associates on shift and provide timely feedback.
• Load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines and meet daily targets.
