Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Production Technician to support the startup and implementation of a brazing operation on a new production line at the Lincolnton facility.

During startup you will learn the process, help develop local work instructions and standards, and may travel overseas for training.

You will coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality, train new associates, operate and maintain machines, and strive to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical schooling a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in brazing processes (or similar).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Support the startup and implementation of the brazing operation on a new production line at the Lincolnton, NC facility.
• During startup, learn the process and help develop local work instructions and standards; travel overseas for training.
