Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a motivated production operator to join its MAES team. You will operate production equipment, load materials, perform assembly, and help maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes following procedures, 5S, teamwork, and the ability to learn new skills. Competitive compensation with health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match are offered. A high school diploma and 2+ years manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or production.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products for quality and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
