Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will set up machinery, assist with changeovers, and ensure materials are ready for production.

Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Quapah Ave.)
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday (Saturday as needed) / 6:00AM - 2:30PM)

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $_19.15__ to $_26.62__ per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
• Assist with change overs as necessary.
• Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
• Maintain required records. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required. Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
