Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor equipment in the production process. You will set up machinery, ensure materials are available, and document results during each run.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic math reading comprehension.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
