Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor equipment in our Oklahoma City plant. You will set up machinery, ensure materials are available, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to safety standards.

Starting pay ranges from $17.86 to $24.28 per hour based on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, 2:00PM–10:30PM shifts, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of industrial technology a plus. Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

  • Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
  • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
  • Visually inspect production run and document results.
  • Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $_17.86__ to $_24.28__ per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
