Job summary

Vitro Automotive Glass in Crestline, OH is hiring Machine Operators to join a growing team. The facility emphasizes safety, learning, and professional development as part of a manufacturing environment.

Base wages start at $20.61 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.24 per hour. A shift differential adds $0.25–$0.30 per hour. 8- to 12-hour shifts are available, with full-time employment and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Must be very mechanically inclined and comfortable working around large industrial equipment.
• Ability to lead a team and provide direction to coworkers — coach and teach.

Machine Operator Physical Demands

• For this position, it is required to be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• There can be repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling up to 40 pounds.
• In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting

Machine Operator Essential Requirements

• Ability to work the following shift: 8-12hr days Monday- Friday, Some Holidays, Weekends and Overtime as needed.
• Good attendance is important to our team at Vitro. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a history of good attendance and who welcome overtime.
