Job summary

Aggressive Hiring Group is seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift operator to run HB production on the Reactor. You will need to understand the process to help the company meet quality and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities include knowledge of the HB area, following procedures, loading raw materials, performing QC checks, maintaining chemical levels, and being available for additional hours as required.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of HB area and all critical operations.
• Able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
• Able to follow work instructions as well as make independent judgments based on production and quality data.
• Good team skills.
• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate HB production equipment on Reactor to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Maintain HB and WWT chemical levels.
• Perform DSC, weight checks, QA checks on beads or material in area.
• Know emergency procedures and all process documentation for area.
• Complete raw material loading/unloading procedures and checks.
• Monitor silo transfers and boiler room utility checks.

2nd and 3rd shift Temp to Hire 17.00 hr

Purpose, Scope of Responsibility:

This position will be responsible for operating the equipment for HB production on Reactor. Essentially this person would be required to know the process to ensure the company meets quality and efficiency goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must poses extensive knowledge of HB area and all critical operations
• Know emergency procedures
• Know all process documentation for all positions in area
• Raw material loading and unloading procedures and checks
• DSC, Weight checks, QA checks on beads or material in area
• Know all utility checks for area including boiler room.
• Silo checks, and transfers
• Maintain HB and WWT chemical levels
• May be required to work extra hours based off customer requirements.

Other requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience working in metric numbers.
• Be able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
• Able to follow work instructions as well as make independent judgments based on production and quality data.
• Good team skills.
• Will sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, push, pull and twist on occasion.
• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
