Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Machine Operator to support multiple customers by operating manufacturing and finishing equipment with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. You will follow SOPs and work instructions, perform inspections, and help maintain traceability throughout production steps.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines in a dynamic 3PL environment, with travel as needed and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of production experience in manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of equipment, safety practices and PPE.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to read basic drawings/work instructions and use measuring tools.
• PIT certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing/processing equipment per safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform routine production and value-added tasks per work instructions and customer specs.
• Inspect materials/products to meet defined quality requirements.
• Maintain product identification and traceability throughout production steps.
• Follow SOPs, travelers, and safety guidelines.
