Eastridge is seeking a Machine Operator, Material Handler, and Quality Inspector in Lancaster, MA. This temporary role requires 1st or 2nd shift, with pay between $19.00 and $19.50 per hour. You will operate injection molding machines, inspect parts, and maintain quality and production records.

This on-site position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options; standard Monday–Friday schedule with shift coverage as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience (part-time or internship experience accepted).
• Basic math skills
• Clear communication and neat, legible handwriting
• Basic ability to read prints and use simple measuring tools
• Team player who takes feedback well
• Able to stand all shift, bend, and reach
• Able to lift 10 lbs continuously, 35 lbs frequently, and 36+ lbs occasionally
• Safety glasses required on the production floor

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding machines safely
• Set up your station with the correct inspection documents and work instructions
• Inspect parts for defects such as discoloration, shorts, burns, contamination, sinks, splay, and delamination
• Sort, rework, and label non-conforming parts
• Pack, weigh, seal, and label boxes, then stack them on pallets
• Record production counts, including inspected and rejected parts
• Read process sheets, work orders, and visual aids (microscope and magnifier work)
• Report machine or process problems to the group lead, process tech, or supervisor
• Tell the supervisor when materials or supplies run low
• Cover breaks as needed
• Give a clear shift-to-shift handoff
• Keep your area clean and follow all safety rules
