Overview

CTech Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Machine Operator/Programmer to support our growing production team. This role is evenly split between hands-on machine operation and machine programming responsibilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of machine processes with programming skills to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal fabrication machines and related equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot turret punch programs.
• Load material, punch tools, and programs into sheet metal turrets & benders.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine processes.
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safe for daily operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of machine operation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining/programming issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

Full-time, First Shift, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed).
