Job summary

CTech Manufacturing is seeking full-time Fabrication Machine Operators in Wisconsin (Schofield). The role offers two shifts: 5:00AM-3:30PM (1st) and 3:00PM-1:30AM (2nd), four-day workweeks for the latter.

Expected pay is $18.00-$20.00 per hour with opportunities for growth through hands-on training and certifications. Ideal candidates can read CAD drawings, measure with a ruler and caliper, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.

Hours

Mon-Thurs. 5:00AM-3:30PM- 1st shift

Mon-Thurs. 3:00PM-1:30AM-2nd shift Work only 4 days a week!

• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings preferred.
• Knowledge of decimal and fraction conversions preferred.
• Must have the ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to read a caliper preferred.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Dependable with emphasis on attendance and punctuality
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for entirety of shift
• While performing the duties of the jobs, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
