Job summary

GPS in Orangeburg, SC is hiring Production/Machine Operators to join a local manufacturing team. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid lunch breaks and opportunities to increase to $18.00 per hour after hire.

This is a full-time, on-site role with 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a rotating schedule. You will operate NGR, Polytex and extrusion machinery, feed sheets, monitor production data, and help with setup.

Qualifications

• Must read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Consistent work experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drug-free workplace; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (NGR, Polytex, extrusion).
• Feed plastic sheets into NGR and change bins as needed.
• Monitor machinery for timely material processing.
• Load/unload sheets on Polytex machinery.
• Assist with core cutter setup and operation.
• Report production data on computer software.
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness.

Hours:

6:50 AM – 7:00 PM and 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM12-hour shifts2/2/3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, etc.) Must be available to work all shifts
