The position offers a base rate of $17.50 per hour, plus potential pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 2 - 4 years of experience.
• Reading, writing and analytical skills are required.
• Must always have personal tools and be able to use and operate hand tools and industrial shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow manufacturers' equipment manuals.
• Perform equipment adjustments, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain logs and calibrate machinery to performance standards.
• Provide hands-on training to lower-level mechanics and techs.
• Keep equipment clean and comply with safety regulations.
