Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Ability to read and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions, including safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, and use of the metric system.
• Attention to detail and the ability to execute standardized, multi-step tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and support multiple departments through cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform minor adjustments on production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with filling, packaging, labeling, and preparing final products for shipment.
• Complete basic production paperwork accurately and support team training initiatives.
• Handle materials safely, conduct simple quality checks, and uphold safety and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.
