Hire Sync is hiring a Machine Operator / Production Associate in Elyria, OH. The role offers 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. No experience?

We’ll train you, and you’ll work 15 days per month with every other weekend off in a clean, well-run facility. You’ll operate production and extrusion equipment, support startups and reel changes, perform quality checks, track production, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Machine Operator / Production Associate – 12 Hour Shifts
Location: Elyria, OH
Pay: $18 – $20/hour

Work just 15 days a month — with every other weekend off.

We’re hiring Production Operators for a clean, well-run manufacturing facility in Elyria. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, strong pay, and a schedule that gives you more time off than most jobs.

No experience? We’ll train you.

Shift:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in long weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate production and extrusion equipment

What You Bring:
