Westaff in Vermont is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our growing team. You will set up and operate production equipment, follow work orders, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a stable, hands-on career with a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) and hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.70. Training and advancement opportunities are available as you help move material and maintain a safe, organized workplace.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• CNC machine operating experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
