CROWN Food Packing USA has immediate openings for safety-conscious employees at its Toledo, OH location. Crown Food emphasizes safety and adherence to Company standard operating procedures. Crown is a tobacco-free workplace. All positions must be flexible to work any shift. Tiered wages start at $19 per hour, topping out at $24.00 per hour.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate rewind end of coil coating line.
• Visually inspect coils to ensure there are no defects in the paint or metal (trash in paint, dents, scratches, etc.).
• Cut samples of coated coil for QC lab inspection.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in safety and other training programs as required.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Operate forklift.

Education/Training/Experience

Desirable job requisites include exposure to a production environment.

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills are a must.
• Ability to maintain a positive presence in the workplace.
