Job Description

The Machine Operator satisfies customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery in a safe manner while maximizing productivity. The Press Brake Operator sets up and/or operates power-press brake machine to bend, form, or straighten material as specified by work order and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• -2+ years of machine operating experience on press brake preferred but not required
• -Knowledge on reading calipers
• -Knowledge on reading micrometers
• -Knowledge on reading a digital protractor
• -General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
• -Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments
• -Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.

Pay Range

$23-30 per hour
