Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work.
• Hands-on role with machines; comfort operating and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to follow drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to 5-S practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and shape materials using machines to meet component specs.
• Set up machines and verify specifications from drawings or blueprints.
• Lift and position materials using cranes or forklifts as needed.
• Perform inspections before, during, and after production to ensure quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain material inventory and support shop housekeeping.
