PDM is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will set up and operate machinery, install dies and tooling, and handle raw materials with cranes or forklifts while maintaining strict quality standards.

The role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and collaboration across shifts. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required, with ERP/Microsoft Excel experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery and setting up dies helpful.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate machinery to produce parts.
• Install and adjust dies, materials, and tooling.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products using overhead cranes or forklifts.
• Conduct dimensional inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain safe, organized workspace and follow PPE protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance, tooling polishing, or troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Document production logs and quality data in electronic systems.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure consistent results.
