Job summary

NAMIC, a division of Medline, located in Glens Falls, NY, seeks a warehouse associate to ensure efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment and maintaining ERP data integrity.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, staging in production areas, cycle counting, and performing general maintenance on handling equipment. Forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Forklift certified.
• Work Experience: None.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw material and supplies.
• Process material requisitions.
• Slot material in storage locations.
• Stage raw material in production locations and in the production room.
• Ensure information, transactions, and adjustments are accurately entered into the ERP systems.
• Move finished goods from production floor to slot location until QA completes quality testing and releases products for shipping.
• Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate material handling equipment maintenance tasks (battery charging/exchange/maintenance).
• Operate hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to move items.
