Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing client in Cary, IL. This full-time, entry-level role offers paid training and a path to permanent hire after 90 days based on performance.

You will operate and set up machines, feed materials, inspect output, and follow process sheets under the guidance of a shift supervisor. Training is provided and safety is prioritized.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Stand or walk for the entire shift.
• Safety-focused workplace.
• Eager to learn and grow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment.
• Feeding materials for processing, adjusting machine settings, and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Pulling finished products from the line and checking/inspecting results against predetermined tolerances.
• Working from process sheets or written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks.
• Reporting to the shift supervisor or production lead.
